About Dr. Fellas

Dr. Larry Fellas is a Manhattan neurologist specializing in comprehensive brain-health diagnostic and therapeutic services. His experience includes the neurorehabilitation of acquired brain injuries — including traumatic brain injury, birth injuries, and anoxic-ischemic injuries — and the evaluation and management of neurodegenerative conditions, including dementia.

In professional practice since 2000, Dr. Fellas combines established neurological knowledge with continued attention to developing scientific research. His work addresses both the short- and long-term consequences of neurological disease and injury.

The practice may use therapies including non-invasive neuromodulation and neurofeedback — approaches intended to support neuroplasticity and functional restoration — alongside conventional neurological care, where clinically appropriate.
